Every tour we sell is planned around the cruise day: your ship’s time in port, tender boats and the all-aboard time. Here’s how booking with us works.

Search by port to see every tour we offer, timed to your hours ashore.
Sailing on one of our featured ships? Multi port tours bundle several port days on one sailing into a single booking.
- Multi port tours save at least 10% compared with booking each tour separately.

Step 2
Pick a tour that fits your day
Choose your port day and compare tours by length and style. Tour start times allow for your ship’s arrival, including ports where you take a tender boat ashore.
- Popular tours and entry tickets sell out, so book as early as you can.

Step 3
Book securely in minutes
Pick your date and the number of adults, seniors and children in our secure booking window, then pay in the currency you choose.
- Booking more than 56 days before your cruise? Pay a 25% deposit now.
- Payments are handled by our secure payment gateway, Rezdy Pay.

Step 4
Get your confirmation and vouchers
Your booking confirmation arrives by email straight away. Your vouchers follow about 28 days before departure, with your meeting point and start time for every tour.
- Booking within a month of departure? Vouchers arrive within about 48 hours.
- Keep them on your phone or print them to take ashore.

Step 5
Step ashore and enjoy
Meet your guide at the meeting point on your voucher. Our port teams track your ship, adjust your start time if it arrives late, and have you back at the port at least one hour before it sails.

Back at the port at least an hour before you sail. If something beyond our control makes you miss your ship, we take you to the next port at no extra cost.

Ship doesn’t make port?
If your ship can’t call where you booked, you get a full refund, or we arrange an alternative excursion in another port.

Cancel up to 28 days
Cancel up to 28 days before your excursion for a full refund. Any tour with its own policy says so on the tour.
